Driver age 23 years or older. Driver's license, Greek, EU member state-or international, which must have been issued at least one year before.

The vehicle is leased to the lessee in accordance with the Terms stated in this contract, which he unconditionally accepts.

•     • Minimum rental time 24 hours.
•     • The vehicle is driven only by the lessee or any third party driver who signs this contract, always in accordance with the Road Traffic Code.
•     • The vehicle must not be driven on unpaved roads.
•     • The insurance does not cover damages caused by driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
•     • Damages are also not covered when they are caused by driving cars on unpaved roads, taking part in car races or other illegal activities. Damage to the interior, the underside of the car and the tires are not covered by insurance.
•     • The customer assumes full responsibility in case of such claims.
•     • GREENMOBITILY bears no responsibility for any of the above cases.
•     • In case of mechanical damage, the lessee is obliged to inform the company immediately, otherwise, he will be considered responsible for any arising and any others that occur in the meantime and for their restoration.
•     • The lessee is responsible for repairing damage or damage caused by incorrect or bad handling of the vehicle (eg clutch plates). The lessee is also responsible for the correct operation of the vehicle and must check the oil level, the engine and the general good operation of the vehicle.
•     • The lessee is obliged to pay all the fines for the traffic violations committed during the lease as well as the administrative sanctions connected with them and must deliver the relevant proof of payment to the company. In any other case, GREENMOBILITY, after the violation has been notified to it by the competent police - municipal - port Authority, will be entitled to collect from the lessee, by debiting his credit card, the imposed fine, plus €25 for costs management.
•     • No refunds for rental or fuel.
•     • In the event of an accident, the lessee must immediately inform the police and provide the company with the relevant traffic accident report.
•     • The lessee is charged €25 for file costs, if the company is obliged to report an accident to its insurance company.

Drivers and passengers have full insurance coverage as provided by Greek law and additionally free of charge from GREENMOBILITY within the rental cost collision damage waiver (CDW).

CDW is included in the rental cost and sets the maximum amount of responsibility of the renter in:

•     • €500 for categories A, B, C
•     • €700 for categories D, V, F The renter, if he wishes, can choose the SCDW insurance to reduce the amount of the exemption in the event of an accident to €0 (zero) by paying daily the amount of:
•     • €10 for categories A, B, C
•     • €20 for categories D, V, F

Exceptions for CDW, SCDW:
CDW, SCDW are not insurances but an agreement between GREENMOBILITY and the lesseeThe customer is individually responsible for any of the damages indicated below, regardless of whether he has accepted CDW, SCDW with the most important being: damages caused by negligence, damages due to incorrect / problematic type of fuel, damages to child / infant seats, loss of electricity due to a forgotten activated electrical device or devices, loss of vehicle documents, loss of license plates.The vehicle rental company is not under any circumstances obliged to replace a flat tire or damage to screens inside, etc.I unreservedly acknowledge that for any dispute or disagreement, the Greek Courts of Mytilini are competent.
